Wheat beers aren’t my thing, but this seems to be a very fine wheat beer as far as wheat beers go.

Jul 25, 2008 Dank belgian yeasts, freshly cut wheat, earthy skunk aroma. Coriander
taste is yummy wheat and yeast. Slighlty sweet, minimal spice.
Silky smooth palate, sparkly clean finish.

Jul 23, 2008 Since starting at this site, I decided to try all the top beers I could. Now over $500 later, I’ve decided to try the more affordable mid-range ones. Smooth like a New Belgium and wheaty. Great summer beer that doesn’t sit heavy or tax your tastebuds with bitterness.

Jul 16, 2008 Pours clear (should this be a kristalweizen?) yellow with a moderate white head. Light on the nose with coriander, grain, light yeast funk (not too clovey or banana) and earth. Smooth and easy going, tastes of light grains and coriander spicing. Very light bodied, but there was still a decent enough texture to it. Too light compared to other wheat beers. This was pretty good with an orange in it, despite me thinking it wouldn’t be.
