Commercial Description:
Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer Jeff brewed in celebration of his wedding to Kim. A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.

Pours an anemic clear pale yellow. No real aroma other than some slight wheat notes. Taste is watery with some wheat presence, watery mouthfeel, it would probably have been better if it was unfiltered

12 oz bottle from Holiday. Looks like Bud Light in the glass. Super light yellow and fizzy. Nose sweet and yerasty/malty. Citrus and grapes. Tastre is same. Super light. Summertimbrew, definitely.

Pours a cloudy pale orange with a half a finger of rapidly dissipating head. Orange and lemon zest in the odor with some grass. Light, clean taste, with a grassy aftertaste that fades into a mild hoppy bitterness. Moderately refreshing, but not all that flavorful.

12oz bottle. Thin, pale yellow-tan color. Thin layer of off white-head on top. Some mild hops in the aroma, smoothed out by the wheat. Lots of citrus and a smooth spiciness in the flavor. Somewhere between light and medium bodied. Very easy drinker, with some lemon citrus in the finish. An easy session beer all the way, and a pretty respectable version of the style.

Very light golden with litlle retention and head. Light sweet nose, a hint, and a mean hint of earthy citrus notes. pretty typical filtered wheat, with a bit of underlying spice and orange. Slightly acidic lingering and then drops off. Highly sessionable. Almost a nice palate cleanser when I don’t know what else to grab out of the fridge.

Flight Taster at the Paramount Cafe, Denver 21/09/2009 Some spice aroma. White head. Carbonation. Clear golden coloured and smooth on the palate with an orange fruit flavour. Dry wheaty finish.

bottle. pours a clear yellow with a small white head. notes of fruit, mellon, lemon, bread, and toast. The lemongrass in the flavor is pleasant, but it paired with too much sweetness. This beer is not sweet bc it is too sweet.

It’s a wheat ale. If you’re looking for something magical here, it ain’t gonna happen. But, it does taste well enough, and it’s supremely chuggable, so it gets points for that.

Poured a mostly clear pale yellow color with a super short white head comprised of fizzy bubbles. The aroma is a bit of dry wheat and lots of lemon. The flavor is dominated by citrus with some light cardboard or bread or wheat coming in towards the end. Thin body. Not bad. A lawnmower/cookout kind of beer.
