| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 29, 2008 Updated: Feb 23, 2009Bottle - poured into Stella glass. Heady, very nice with 1 1/2 " head. Medium amber color. Pleasing smell, very noticeable fruit/spice flavors. Let sit for a few minutes until head down to less than 1/4", also to let warm to mid 40-degrees. Taste - definite hint of spice, floral notes abound. Enjoyable and worth the price! I’d buy another 6-pack or would gladly try on tap. Update: Have since enjoyed several times, each time my appreciation increases - great beer for the price! mpersinger (179), , California, USA
