theisti (1640), Leawood, Kansas, USA May 8, 2007 Bottle. Clear golden pour with a big white head. Lots of fruit in the aroma, apples and citrus. Nice combo of malt and yeast in a medium body. Nice trippel, though nothing special. tjp68 (31), Washington, Missouri, USA May 7, 2007 Updated: May 18, 2007Pleasant yeasty aroma. Very light body. Tastes like Fat Tire. Gives me heartburn. Gregis (1132), Shawnee, Kansas, USA May 5, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a large off-white head. Nice lacing and beautiful to behold. Aroma is dominated by a yeasty/dough with undertones of wet hay and soap--yes my glass was clean ;) Sweet throughout with a nice light bitter finish. A very clean and smooth beer, but one with enough character that I think I could find something new each time I try it. thefederalist (226), Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA May 2, 2007 Pours golden slightly orange. Huge yeaty aroma and some noble hops as well. Flavor is pungent with tons of esters. Lively and complex. Excellent tripple. hellbilly (1502), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA Apr 25, 2007 it’s alright, i expected more with the hype. yeasty, orangy, blah, blah. agree with nolan...i said meh! nolankowal (850), Columbus, Ohio, USA Apr 23, 2007 Bottle courtesy of Dubbercody, thanks again! Pretty "meh" coolshmo (18), Rancho Cordova, California, USA Apr 21, 2007 Tastes remarkably like Fat Tire. Good news if you like Fat Tire, but bad news if you’re expecting a real belgian. Doctormirk (100), USA Apr 17, 2007 Deep yellow, with a sizeable head. Good, but fairly mild. Some funky fruit flavors and mild spice, nutmeg is in there.
