COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Trippel Belgian Style Ale (pronounced triple) opens with a bold blast of hops that slowly gives way to the fruity esters implied by our Belgian yeast strain. The Three Graces hand-painted on the label are Zeus’s daughters Aglaia (splendor), Euphrosyne (mirth) and Thalia (good cheer). In the Belgian tradition of brewing singles, doubles and triples, Trippel is the strongest with the longest fermentation. Remarkably smooth and complex, our bottle-conditioned Trippel is spiced with a trace of coriander.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2009 Wow. Complex, sweet, a wonderful blend of thick malt and floral, cinnamon hops. Beautiful pour with nice head and lacing, slightly weak nose. Very surprised, you’re awesome New Belgium.

Very good beer overall for taste and price. Has your traditional Trippel aroma and is a deep rich golden color. It taste very similar as a Delerium, but cost about $8 dollars a six pack instead of $12 dollars for 75L bottle. I highly recommend this beer if you want a solid affordable Trippel.

12 oz bottle-trade w/after4ever. Poured a beautiful golden color w/a moderate off white head. Wonderful classic Belgium aroma. Big, complex, spicey, sweet, fizzy, citrus flavor. Classic Belguim-I’ve had many Belgiums from Belgium which didn’t taste as Belgium, if you had it in a blind taste test you would never guess it was an American made beer. Long finish-this is a very good beer!! Thanks Tom!!!

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2007 Looks golden and beautiful in a trapist glass. The aroma leaves a little to be desired, but the taste is a complex balance of spicy, herbal, and mellow fruit notes. The alcohol content is hidden very well; hard to distinguish in taste but leaves a nice warm feeling in the throat. Plus it goes down relatively smooth. Overall, an excellent trippel that I could drink again and again.
