Sampled on draught at the Papago Brewing Company tavern in Phoenix, AZ. Pours a semi-clear golden brew with an average white head that has some good retention and lacing. Aroma of fruity golden malt, some apple, candi sugar, a touch of yeast and some flowery hops. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of sweet apples, some yeast, golden grain malt and a touch of alcohol warmth. Finish is semi-sweet, a little alcohol character with some yeast aftertaste.

Aug 21, 2008 I’ve not sampled many of this style before...Pours deep gold color with a very large white head and fair amount of lacings. Aroma is various spices. Taste is sweet malts, spices, bready, and some euro hops. Decent pour that is dominated by the malts and spices. Could use a few more hops IMO.
Hides 7.8% abv well except for the effects.

Aug 14, 2008 Bottled@Old Chicago Omaha,NE. This beer is very like our Bohemia Confraria here in Brazil. Golden Color with a nice white head. Aroma is Sweet and fruity as well as the flavor, with notes of caramel and spices. Mouthfeel is smooth malt.

Aug 13, 2008 Poured from bottle a light golden with a small off-white head that faded quickly. Nose is of yeast, bread, and light spice and bubble gum. Flavor is sweet with bubble gum, a mild spice, yeast, honey and caramel. The palate is mostly sweet followed by a soft mild spice and moderate carbonation. Overall, decent but lacks some in flavor and mouthfeel.

Aug 12, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Clear golden color with a nice white head. Smells like medium fruit and spice, sort of cake like in aroma. Tastes of caramel, malt and yeast.
