One of the best New Belgium beers I have had. Nice raspberry nose and aroma, sweet fruity body with citrus notes and slight sourness.

Tap @ OBF... Poured pinkish with an off-white head. Spiced, herbal, and fruity. Dry with a mild tartness. Sweet candied tones. Tea-like herbs, and passionfruit.

Tap at OBF. Pours ruddy with a creamy tan head. Slightly sour raspberry aroma. Med body. Flavor is slightly sour fresh raspberry. It’s tart, just a little sour. There’s citrus. There’s an earthy suggestion. Quite complex. Very tasty.

Tap at Tyler’s Carrboro. Deep lipstick red, hazy, small white lace. Nose is raspberry, rose water, plain water, light butter, little sweetness. Flavor is sorta minerally and tea like, medium bitterness and a slightly seedy sweet tart finish. I don’t know if Ernest has had this but I look forward to reading his review. Ain’t gonna be pretty. this is the Most exciting thing my local had on tap for american craft beer week. Lame.

Pours a dark reddish pink color with sweet fruit aroma. Taste is lightly sweet and tart with a crisp finish. The raspberries dominate here. Nice light hops balance. Not as dry as your typical saison. Extremely refreshing. If this is really 8%, it’s kinda dangerous as you wouldn’t guess it at all. I doubt I could drink more than one, but a perfect starter. This is what a fruit beer should taste like!

draft. raspberry pulp, pepper phenols and plastic tupperware staleness in the nose. medium body and medium-low acid, low bitterness with fizzy soda water carbonation and a peaked, lifeless fruit character. high noticeable alcohol. messy.

Bomber pours a bright red with a bit of a white head. Initial aroma of raspberry, with some earthy funk. Raspberry dominates the flavor, with a nice tangy finish. Very light and tasty.

growler. 7.4% "belgian wit with raspberry" probably needs a new listing since this time, it was made with raspberry. pours blood red with a quickly diminishing pink head. nose of raspberry juice. flavor is un-sweet. light and dry finish. bitter with an odd hint of mint. no backbone and absolutely no sweetness.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bottle. Red pour with a pink foamy head. Slightly sour and quite fruity, some carbonation zing. Start of the taste is better than the finish. Still, fun to try - thanks Tom!

Pour on tap at the brewery, pink, yes, pink pour with thin pink-white head, aroma brought notes of sweet raspberry and orange, slight floral notes but really dominated by the fruity notes, smelled like raspberry cocktail drink. Taste was a bit better some tart raspberry and orange notes go into a slight vanilla and biscuit middle, slight grassy note but finished very sweet.
