Tap at OBF. Pours ruddy with a creamy tan head. Slightly sour raspberry aroma. Med body. Flavor is slightly sour fresh raspberry. It’s tart, just a little sour. There’s citrus. There’s an earthy suggestion. Quite complex. Very tasty.

Pours a dark reddish pink color with sweet fruit aroma. Taste is lightly sweet and tart with a crisp finish. The raspberries dominate here. Nice light hops balance. Not as dry as your typical saison. Extremely refreshing. If this is really 8%, it’s kinda dangerous as you wouldn’t guess it at all. I doubt I could drink more than one, but a perfect starter. This is what a fruit beer should taste like!

UPDATED: APR 5, 2012 Bottle. Red pour with a pink foamy head. Slightly sour and quite fruity, some carbonation zing. Start of the taste is better than the finish. Still, fun to try - thanks Tom!

Pours a deep candy red color. Aroma of raspberry juice and a bit if sugary sweetness. Flavors were sweet, a bit sour, with lots of candy raspberry flavor. A bit of bitterness as well. Mouthfeel was not excessively rich, but very clean and refreshing. One if those "thirst quenching" types of beers. Definitely would be a hit with the ladies.
