Commercial Description:
Our artisanal Dry Hard Cider, made from five different apple varieties, begins with an aroma of crisp green apple with a light straw color. On the palate, you will experience a clean and bright mineral character with a perfect amount of acidity; a result of malolactic fermentation, which rounds out the sharp edges found in more typical dry ciders. Light and refreshing, this cider is sure to please everyone at the table.

This bottled cider from the meadery poured a small sized head of medium sized bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated light yellow-white hued body and a oily lacing. The mild aroma was dry with green apple notes. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a vinous aftertaste. The thin flavor contained notes of dry yellow apples. An OK cider just nothing special.

Tasting at New Day Meadery.Poured clear with an aromia of tartness, sweet and apples. The flavor was sweet, dry, apples, and refreshing. Smooth, clean mouthfeel and light in body. Easy drinking cider, not overly apple tasting, not too sweet, worth a try, and if you enjoy a dry tasting cider, then this one you should enjoy.

From a bottle at a tasting at the Meadery. This is so pale it is almost clear. The cider is still, and this is as close to a lawn mower cider as you could get. Subtle earthy nose, and I tried to find apple. This is a very sublte drink. Dry with some tart apple flavors and floral aspects. Easy summer drinker, but really too subtle for me.
