Pretty decent cider. Actually had somewhat of a tart flavor and finished smooth with apple and caramel hints. I didn’t taste the sorghum, but I don’t really know what it tastes like so maybe I just missed it.

Draft @ meadery. Sweet sorghum, light woody vanilla, and caramel apple aroma. Slightly hazed honey gold, no head per usual for cider. Sweet apple and sorghum flavor. Medium body, flat carbonation.

Sample on tap at the meadery. Mildly hazy golden orange color. No head or lace. Apples, lightly baked, hint of spice, light caramel. Lightly tart, more sweet. Medium-plus body. More dry finish. Light, kind of crisp carbonation. Easy to drink. Solid cider. Good for what it is.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with thin white lacing. Smells and tastes of tart apples with an average mouthfeel. Okay.

Originally mis-labelled as from Three Floyds at the Dash-In in Fort Wayne, IN, this draft cider poured a small sized head of white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent weak yellow colored body . The weak aroma was of a light cider. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The weak flavor contained a soft apple note. Not one that I would buy again.

A really nice cider. Sweet and tart with a dry finish. The cider is complemented by a smoother body from the caramel. More traditional cider finish.
