Tap sample. Poured clear pale color with a minimal white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Moderate aroma of tart apple and honey. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet apple flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

Pale golden pour. Tart apple aromas with notes of lemon. Flavor is much more acidic than I was expecting. Not a whole lot of complexity to this one either. No honey to speak of. Standard issue cider. Not what I have come to expect from new day.

Bottle: Clear, slightly yellow, fizzy/sparkly. Apple, lemon, pear aroma. Taste is sticky sweet apple and honey. Almost a carmelized thickness to it. Very tasty.

Bottle. Funky barnyard and apple aroma. Pale yellow. Sweet tart apple flavor with sour barnyard finish . High carbonation. Tasted okay when cold, but then had a burnt rubber aftertaste as it warmed

Poured at New Day. Poured light almost clear yellow. Beter aroma then Gold Rush of not just apple. Light carb med bod. Quite sweet fruit juice apple taste. Hide alcohol well.

On tap @ the meadery. Just a wee shade darker yellow than the Gold Rush, with very fine carbo. Aroma of honey, wax, and apples. Sweeter honeyed palate, fresh apple, crisp and dry finish. Excellent.

Draft pour. Very pale yellow. Nearly looks like water. Sort of spicy and nearly tart in the aroma. A little on the sweet side.

Had this one at the New Day tasting room. A really nice contrast to some of the meads. Heavy flavor of apples with a nice sweet finish.
