16oz can... dark gold with some copper, not a great color, a big light cream head, good retention... the nose is a touch too sweet with too much yeast as well, honey water with yeast... tastes way too yeast with a weird lager finish, easy to drink for 8.5% but not super enjoyable

(16oz can, courtesy of ericandersnavy) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, apple, and grass. Flavor of nuts, yeast, candi sugar, apple, orange, and grass.

One of the raddest cans I’ve ever seen! Being a huge Maiden fan this was a must. Pours a lightly hazed deep gold with a frothy white head. Nose was dominated by citrus and fresh floral hops. Very Duvel-esk on the palate.

The beer is golden in color with an off white big head. It smells sweet and lightly spicy like a typical Belgian golden ale. The is almost some sweet vanilla flavor with a very smooth body, the spices aren’t there like in the nose but the flavor of the Belgian golden yeast is delicious. Can is pretty cool too.

16oz Can, shared at a party. Nice aroma, of solid, subtle fruits and classic stylistic twang. Fresh. Flavors were crisp and clean. I enjoyed this as an American interpretation of the more classic examples of the style, as it wasn’t too bubblegummy, sweet, nor sticky. It had a pleasant dryness to the heft and a fun range of character. Solid work.

Can thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a cloudy yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma of farmhouse, light citrus, faint toast, light wheat. Flavor is slightly different, a bit sweet, some fruit and must, pretty earthy with a light dirty bitter with a clean citrus. Mouthfeel is light-medium body with fizzy carbonation. Not bad.

Can courtesy exiled. Clear yellowish pour. White bubbly head. Aroma is dry grains with light malts and nuts. Slightly grassy flavor. Also sweet notes with some dry flavors of sugar and easy malts. Finishes a bit sweet.

Was stoked to find this on the tap list at Plan B burger in Glastonbury, CT. Served in a nice thick Belgian style chalice. Just some notes I jotted down in my phone. A - Decent head that faded to lacing that lasted the entire beer. Fairly cloudy and a nice golden hue. S - Very typical of a Belgian style brew. Bread, yeast, and some light fruit towards the end. Theres also some noticeable alcohol and hops. T - Very bready and yeasty, with some fruits. Some banana, pineapple and apricots. Black pepper, lemon grass, and herbs/spices as well. Bitter and dry finish. Another high ABV beer, with almost no alcohol flavor. Really refreshing and the carbonation/mouth feel worked well. O - NEBCO knocked it out of the park with this one. I wish I could find cans in my area, but fresh on tap with a blue cheese burger made for an awesome lunch.

Thanks to both woosterbill and HikerCT for cans of this. Served in a tulip. Pours a clear golden color with a good white head that sticks around for quite a bit before falling and leaving behind a good amount of lacing. The nose carries some light malt along with a good dose of spicing and some mild citrus character. The flavor hits more of the spice notes and has a bit of alcohol. Pretty crisp with a moderate citrus presence. Dry and crisp with a light to medium body and a bit of booze in the finish. Nice take on the style.

Cloudy yellowish/orange pour with a creamy white head. Yeast, coriander, orange, honeycomb aroma. Flavor is full of yeast, coriander, mandarin oranges, yeast, honey. Good.
