3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
What a good beer this is. Tastes similar to if an imperial wit and a saison had a baby. Spicy peppery and lightly lemony yeast with cracker type malts. Crisp and slightly sweet. Tasty.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A nice golden body with nice frothy white head which faded to a thin coating. Some nice carbonation present. Aroma had strong bubblegum note, nice banana essence and some candied sugar. Malt base seemed the be biscuit malts? Flavor really had some interesting banana and bubblegum flavors. Some mild malt notes and a slight sweetness to it. There was a nice yeast quality to it and mild alcohol notes. A decent body, a little light on the tongue but c arbonation gave it some life and the sweetness gave it a slight stickiness. Nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
can poured a lightly hazed orange straw color with a thin covering of white head. aroma has sweet malt, fruit, grassy hops, and some yeasty esters. medium mouth feel that coats well and has light carbonation. flavor has some yeast, fruit, grains, a fresh dose of hops, sweet malt, and some bitterness on the finish. incredibly smooth for a beer of it’s strength and it does have a nice heartiness to it..

One of the better BSAs that i have had in a long time. Good strong alcohol flavor with slight carbonation and an impressive hop taste. Mellow mouthfeel in the middle. Very enjoyable.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, clove, a bit of banana. Pretty straightforward Belgian strong, but done really well. This was a tasty beer. Alcohol is hidden very well so also a dangerous beer.

12 oz can. Pours a golden orange with a thin white head. Lots of subtle flavors in this one - apricot, coriander, clove, pepper. Alcohol is masked well. Good example of the style.
