On draught at the Blue Tusk last November. Light amber with a creamy white head. Smooth and tropical, some citrus, fresh, bitter and slightly resinous. Amazingly easy to drink, not too bitter at first but builds to a bitter crescendo with a long finish that keeps on giving as it dries out the palate. Mmmmm.

Can. Poured super hazed yellow orange with splashy white head. Smell is tangerines, sweet candy hops, touch tropical. Taste show lots of sweet citrus, sweet light malts, orange peel. Soft palate that is not overly bitter. For a dipa this could be drank in large quantities.

This one poured a lighter orange color with an off white head. ARoma was of citrus, pine and light tropical notes. Flavor was similar, fairly light for a DIPA which is nice, and better than I was expecting.

Thanks to the girl behind me in line at DLD for letting me try some of this. I hope to get more some day. Zesty citrus aroma. Clearish orange pour with a white head. Super balanced and aromatic.

64 oz growler, huge thanks to Derek our regular at CK for sharing this! Cloudy, orange colored pour. Nose and flavor remind me of a combination of Heady Topper and OTWOA, but smoother than both; great scallion, onion, bitter white grapefruit rind, and lemongrass, with a bitter but still soft and unobtrusive finish. Booze is there in the body, but not hot or overwhelming in any way. I like.

12 oz can from Premier Gourmet. Pours murky orange colour with puffy white-ish head. Aroma is lovely bouquet of hops with green, citric notes most prominent but some spicy, resiny notes also there as well as some pale malt. Flavour has lots of tropical fruity hops, pine resin and sweet maltiness. Bit of acidity in the fairly bitter finish. Beautiful smell and quite nice all in all.

Bottle and draught, 3/15/14 and 3/22/14
Fluffy white head tops the the clear golden-orange bodied liquid.
Leafy, citric, highly fruity hops in the nose are immediately buttressed by moderately sweet pale and some seemingly caramel malts. Thankfully they donít sweeten things too much and combining with the hops provide some very pleasant orange-peach-nectarine-like aromatics. A bit of dryness on the end, growing slightly resinous, and perhaps a touch of alcohol. Aroma strength is moderately strong.
Again more yellow fruits in the flavor, with strong citrus bitterness, a nearly full, creamy mouthfeel thanks to the maltiness and tight carbonation. Gets a little dirty/muddled/yeasty on the finish, and the sweetness could stand to be toned down a touch, but the hop flavor is certainly enjoyable, if somewhat slightly lessened by this maltiness. Itís a thin line, though, if not for all this maltiness, Iíd probably be complaining about the high acidity and overly perceivable alcohol....I guess Iím very, very picky when it comes to this style.

Can thanks to tectactoe. Pours a hazy golden-orange with a big foamy head that lingers nicely and forms a thick ring. Aromas are oily hops, pine, pineapple, oranges, flowers, and apricots. Tastes very perfumy and oily. Not as bad as others Iíve had but it makes it a little difficult to drink. Strong pine, citrus, and pineapple hops. Light sweetness with a moderate bitterness. Crisp, spicy finish. Solid but not great.
