West Coast IPA - If we went in for such things as flagship beers, this brusier’d be it. Loaded with Amarillo and Citra hops, this usually disappears in a week. If you like your IPA’s hoppy AND balanced, this is the brew fo’ you.

Growler shared by Bowser, thanks for the opportunity! A little sweet but nice hop flavor and aroma. Citrus and pine, nice brew.

Draft at Earth Eagle. Hops are a display of citra with hints of floral variety under it. Flavor is mostly the same with large amounts of citrus upfront with pine and then traces of floralness in the finish. Bitterness is very light and fades slowly. Tangerines, oranges and bitter grapefruit. Medium body and a damn nice drinking IPA. I think Earth Eagle needs to showcase this brew on a more frequent basis, it will lead to the tasting room being at full capacity. Nice job for sure.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden amber color, small fluffy white head. Aroma of orange peel, tropical fruit. Taste is fruity citrus, decent bitterness, nice balance.

Growler from EEB on High St. Pours a rusty orange with an off-tan ring atop. This is definitely a citrus-based IPA... it tastes and smells of candied orange, tangerine peels, hops, table sugar and saltine crackers. Guava by swallow. Decent beer for sure.
