Commercial Description:
This one's a beauty; a rich and full bodied India Pale Ale with complex malt character blended with cascade and noble hops. The end result is a beer that satisfies the "hop head" out there and won't chase away the newcomer. Drink it. It's good.

Pours a nice hazy dark amber. Aroma is hops, pine with malt undertones. Hop flavor with more sweetness and malt to it then I would have liked. Bitter yet light finish.

My favorite local (other than my own, of course) Pours a nice orange color with a white head. a nice mix of citrus and floral flavors, not overpowering. In my opinon, could actually be a bit stronger. Nice malt flavor as well. An unexpected hit in my book. I rarely drink beer from a can.

Great beer, even if the packaging is a bit tacky. Pours a translucent (nearly opaque) orange color with a frothy white head. Smells like you’d expect, citrus, pine, soap and all hops. Flavor was all the flavors from the aroma, grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, rounded out by malt to create a balance. Finish is bitter but mild. Worth grabbing and a good example of "don’t judge a book by it’s cover".

Deep amber with an OK, off-white head. Some lacing. Head dissipated completely. Nice hoppy aroma; not overtly powerful, but pleasant. Taste is typical IPA. Bitterness balances sweetness nicely. Good mouthfeel. A slight taste of butter. I prefer hoppier, more floral IPAs, but this is still good.

12oz can thanks to the CHEESEMAN. Caramel brown color, strange for an IPA, but clear and nice looking, with sharp clarity and a decent looking fine-bubbled head that then quickly dies. Sweet caramel and munich malt nose, douchy maple sugar and a light bit of an orange juice hop note. Chewy and lightly sweet up front, with a mixture of sweet orange hop flavor with maple sugar and pecan nut bread malt notes. Not exactly an IPA but a well-brewed beer.
