This one's a beauty; a rich and full bodied India Pale Ale with complex malt character blended with cascade and noble hops. The end result is a beer that satisfies the "hop head" out there and won't chase away the newcomer. Drink it. It's good.

12oz can shared by Dan P. Poured out a hazy yellow color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of fresh citrus fruit, malt, and pine. Taste of bitter grapefruit skins, lemon citrus, pine, and caramel malt.

12oz can pours cloudy pale yellow with a finger of head. Nose is dank tangy tropical fruits and citrus, mango, tangerine. Taste is bitter tropical fruit juices and herbal lemony greens. Palate is just a hair on the thin side. Finish is bitter herbal grassy citrus and fruit. Good stuff!

This beer pours a hazy orange with golden hues and ha s fat creamy head of foam. No bottling date. Nose is fabulous with grapefruit and bright citrus. The ripe orange and vibrant citrus zest come forward with some grass and a light herbal. Light caramel on the nose from the malt.

On the palate this light. So light it drinks like juice. The hops are vibrant and lively with fruit. grapefruit and grapefruit pith, ripe orange and pine needles. Lemon zest keeps it lively and thereís the lightest malt sweetness. A touch of sugar. Not really even as heavy as honey. As it finishes with a sharp pine and a lighter bitter it leaves tremendous fruit sweetness at the back of the throat to linger. As it warms some softer fruit qualities come forward like a ripe peach. Just fabulous. Tastes a lot like a pale ale with plenty of crispness to the mouthfeel.

Drinks so easily and no alcohol on the nose or the palate. Like ti says on the can "Drink it. Itís good."

Nice floral hop aroma, taste is more bitter and piney than the aroma would make me think it is. Full flavored but too much bitterness in the finish and an odd aftertaste. Descent ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poised a light orange color from the can with aromas of light biscuits, tropical fruit and some malt. Flavors were the same a light bitter orange peel flavor in the aftertaste but a basic IPA overall.

Blind #9 - 12oz can A: Appropriate gas exchange on pulling tab. Pours a hazy copper ale with a single finger of cream foam which falls to rolling hills of the same. Spotty on cobweb lacing. (3.5) S: Pine and fruits up front. Plenty of resiny hop character. Sweet character from the hops. Hints of apricot and apple meat. (3) T: really, really bitter. Alcohol is present and not well guarded. The bitterness is of orange peels. There are some flavors of onion and charred beef. Iím not too sure how I feel about this. Itís hardcore. (3) M: Medium-on-heavy bodied with high carbonation. Dry. (3) O: Iím on the fence with this beer. I did not anticipate the level of bitterness this holds. The alcohol seems poorly approached. I would call this average. (3) Guess: an IPA from someone - not enough malt to justify IIPA. Reveal: Sea Hag IPA Still not sure about this one - a bit too bitter for my preferences. Pours a lovely gold with a thick white head. Has a soft hop aroma with a nice bitter taste that I would expect but didnít wow me. Leaves an almost piney after taste.
