Juicy oranges and flower petals readily bloom onto the cushiony but polite caramel maltiness in this fruity and easygoing American IPA.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-An initially frothy veil dissipates into the hazy pale amber.
-The body is svelte and the loose carbonation makes this absurdly drinkable.
-Leafy and fruity hop bitterness carries on generously.
-The hop display overshadows the toiling malt which does not get a lot of room in the flavor profile; but once again, that’s probably what they wanted in this hophead’s delight.

Tastes malty with some nice earthy bitter hops. Tea like on the finish. Great local IPA. ¾ (5011), Boulder, Colorado, USA

Caramel brown color, strange for an IPA, but clear and nice looking, with sharp clarity and a decent looking fine-bubbled head that then quickly dies. Sweet caramel and munich malt nose, douchy maple sugar and a light bit of an orange juice hop note. Chewy and lightly sweet up front, with a mixture of sweet orange hop flavor with maple sugar and pecan nut bread malt notes. Not exactly an IPA but a well-brewed beer.

Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus hoppy and malt aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and flat carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bitter finish of medium to long duration.
This is a standout brew. ChristianScheffel (4689), Odense, Denmark

It pours a nice dark coppery ruby color with 1-finger off-white head. Aroma is hops, some fruit, some caramel malt. Tastes briskly hoppy, with a slightly piney, slightly fruity, citrusy, very crisp hop flavor, coupled with a well balanced caramel malt presence. This is another outstanding canned pale ale variant. I’ve had more great canned beers this year than the previous 20. I’d walk down the street at night in Harlem for a case of this. bhensonb (4401), Woodland, California, USA

Pours a beautiful, clear copper with an off-white froth. Aromas of caramel and floral malt. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is lightly roasted caramel with a balance of floral hops. A rather florally mild ale. Very drinkable. motelpogo (4399), Plzen, Czech Republic
