COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This one's a beauty; a rich and full bodied India Pale Ale with complex malt character blended with cascade and noble hops. The end result is a beer that satisfies the "hop head" out there and won't chase away the newcomer. Drink it. It's good.

i have had this beer fresh from the brewery, its one of the best ipaís i have ever had. its not overly done. the malts and hops are perfectly adjusted, its a smooth taste with just enough hops to please any hop head. the caramel malt hits the palate first with a nice bite of hops on the finish. love this!

Nice, balance IPA, with a prominent citrus / tropical hop flavor. Not overly sweet, though it does have a pretty nice malt body that is clean, and neutral and allows the hops to shine.

This is an extremely well-made IPA. Strongly bitter yet still citrus-like on the tongue. Not one-dimensional. Underrated here.

This is an incredibly good beer mainly because itís so well done. Itís nothing insanely special in terms of ingredients but wow itís just so well done iíd choose it over most other IPAs

Leighton (12601) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2014
Can at home in Salisbury, CT. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy white head. Inviting nose, with some pithy tangerine, orange, pale bread and melon. Light to medium sweet with some bitter pine needles and citrus rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with bitter grass and pine, dry melon, more orange and tangerine. Decent.

Lightly hazy, dark golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, orange, and light pine. Taste of orange, light pine, resiny, and a bitter grapefruit finish.

Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma and flavor both bring balanced sweet orange flavors, almost like orange candy, but the sweetness is so smooth and subtle with light zest ending so pleasantly on the palate The body is full and light at the same time!

fishonmyplane (494) - Newington, Connecticut, USA - DEC 16, 2014
Strong flavor for a flagship IPA - lots of west coast character in here. Some citrus, but mainly this is dominated by resiny hop bitterness. A nice everyday beer for hopheads.

Can. Yellow pour with white head. Light grassy, citrus, herbal hop aromas. Decent herbal and citrus hop flavors.

Can to half-pint glass. Looks good; a hazy dark apricot with foamy eggshell head. Smells solid; bitter, but nicely balanced with the medium-bodied malt profile. Some citrus zest. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. An enjoyable classically bitter IPA.

12 oz can shared by b3shine. Pours a clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have a nice bitter character, more earthy, grassy, toasted malt, light fruit character, solid enough ipa.
