5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
the best apple ale I’ve had with a wonderful palette and taste. It is very fresh and made of Wisconsin, fresh apples. It has a pleasing sparkling apple aroma and tastes very from the tree fresh and ripe and not overbearing to the underlying ale flavor.

[Tap] Darker golden color with a small but dense white head. Apple is very pronounced in the nose. Lighter wheat malt and straw also make an appearance. Taste is of apples, cinnamon, brown sugar and some caramel. Crisp, clean and balanced. Tasting notes from 2012.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Red-orange-gold, clear, almost no head. Very appley, sweet nose. Crisp slight bitterness, predominantly sweet. Tailing bit of sourness. Effervescent, quite carbonated, a little acidic. Finishes a little drier than it starts. Quite light body. Not terribly complex, pretty mild, but enjoyable.

Clear, golden amber color, off-white head. Musty aroma of apple, dough, and bread malt. A nice blend of tart and sweet flavors. Lively and crisp, very light in body, and a clean finish.

12oz bottle. Semi-dark clear amber with a nice tan head that eventually disappears. Very fresh, semi-tangy apple aroma, light, refreshing, slightly sweet, nice carbonation that allows the apples to dance on the palate, slightly tangy on the finish. Very tasty.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Shared 12 oz., cellared bottle, poured to flight samplers showing a hazed, brownish amber color, with a light layer of off white foam, and minimal lacing. The nose was light grain, caramel sweetness, ripe apple, with a touch of spice. Pleasant, thought it’s prime had passed, but was surprised to find taste that was tart & crisp, with cidery perkiness, and lightly syrupy, but complementary sweetness. A nice treat! Thanks, Mark!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep Orange, with a tint of rose. Aroma is Apple jolly rancher all day, sweet hard candy. Taste quite dry throughout, with a green apple tang and just a little stickiness in the finish. Not too bad, straightforward all in all. Serendipity is the gold standard for fruit beers from NG...

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Copper color. Aroma of apple juice. Taste is granny smith apples. Bit of sweetness and tartness. This is basically a cider. I guess it doesn’t have as much forced sugar. Otherwise cider.

Big thanks to tectactoe. Nice golden color. A fresh crisp apple scent. Fantastic taste. Like you’re swimming through an apple pie. Very drinkable and just all around good. One of the best I’ve had from the brewery.
