COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hearty and satisfying, our Coffee Stout is the ultimate full-bodied brew. Wisconsin water, roasted malts, and imported hops are the natural ingredients we use to brew this bier. Then cold pressed organic coffee from Just Coffee Co-op is infused into the brew. Expect this bier to pour a deep creamy head over an ebony rich body. Notice the powerful malt bouquet balanced by a spectrum of extravagant flavor. Served at room temperature this Wisconsin Coffee Stout is guaranteed to warm even the coldest heart.

A extremely thin stout. Decent taste and aroma just extremely watery. The lightest bodied stout I have ever tried. Sweet roasted coffee with some mild hops. Small quickly dissipated head.

markducommun (101) - Wilmette, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2014
Opaque black, dark-brown, small tan head. Bitter dark-roasted coffee beans, slight dark-chocolate notes. Earthy. Some caramel, molasses notes. Relatively subtle nose. Tastes predominantly bitter, some sourness from the roasted malt flavors, hints of sweetness throughout. Thicker mouthfeel, some oiliness, alcohol is very upfront. Big beer, reasonably balanced, pleasant. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Black as night pour with a cascading beige to brown head .... aroma is of roasted malts, caramel malts and coffee ..... taste is of light bitter coffee, roasted malts, caramel malts and a light bitter hop .... very thin in the body porterish really ... finishes dry with a lingering roasted malt ... expected more from this

EtTuCthulhu (900) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - APR 4, 2014
The appearance is an opaque dark brown with a small tan head, and the aroma is coffee, roasted malts, and caramel malts. The taste is slightly sweet, slightly umami, slightly bitter, and a touch sour; the palate fuses a nearly oily texture, medium body, malty finish, and a soft carbonation.

Subtle roasted malt aroma with a nice coffee/malty taste. A solid stout. Not bad as sipping brew at room temp, but I still prefer it ice cold.

bottle thanks to madbeerbaron. initially a very folgers, green coffee aroma. turns to a more coffee ground nose upon further sniffing. very small, off white to khaki head, dissipates to almost nothing other than a film and a few large bubbles. Chocolate malt and coffee play off each other to prevent this from becoming an overly astringent bomb. A well balanced stout with moderate coffee in the flavor. not overly bitter and well done.
