Hearty and satisfying, our Coffee Stout is the ultimate full-bodied brew. Wisconsin water, roasted malts, and imported hops are the natural ingredients we use to brew this bier. Then cold pressed organic coffee from Just Coffee Co-op is infused into the brew. Expect this bier to pour a deep creamy head over an ebony rich body. Notice the powerful malt bouquet balanced by a spectrum of extravagant flavor. Served at room temperature this Wisconsin Coffee Stout is guaranteed to warm even the coldest heart.

A extremely thin stout. Decent taste and aroma just extremely watery. The lightest bodied stout I have ever tried. Sweet roasted coffee with some mild hops. Small quickly dissipated head.

Smells delicious - coffee, dark roasted malt, cocoa. A dark brown/black with light head. Taste is smooth coffee, bitter chocolate, and roasted malt. Body dry, bitter, full, but a little light. More of a dry American stout; not a heavy ABV. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at brewery Pours deep brown hue with a small soapy light tan head and some ghostly lacing. Nose of coffee dusty esters slightly grainy and roast. Flavors really show the roast and dusty estwrs. Very lite body. Finish is somewhat toasty and a tad nutty. Decent stuff.

Pours black with a medium beige head. Aroma consists of coffee, vanilla, roasted malt, and hints of chocolate. Coffee theme dominates here. The taste quite dry and has a very heavy coffee flavor. There is plenty of roasted malts still, as well as a healthy amount of chocolate. The aftertaste is a milder coffee. This is medium in body, has a more creamy texture, and some lively carbonation, much more than is typical for this style. Maybe not one of my favorite stouts, its still a solid offering.

I purchased an individual bottle of this from a local grocery store. Coffee Stout pours a dark hue with a thick head and a nice lacing. The scent is of coffee, cocoa and some malt. The taste is very smooth with the coffee mixing well with the cocoa and malt. This is one of the best stouts I have ever had. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Super thick n creamy head. Fresh pressed coffee aroma emits from the the pitch black body. Smooth silky coffee notes, roasted malts hit the back end. Good carbonation for a stout.

12oz bottle to snifter. Cola colored with big pillowy frothy tan head. Light body and mild mannered. Biting carbonation much like a soda. Mild stout with moderate coffee.

Pours a beautiful dark dark brown with an impressive creamy head. Very nice. Smells of roasted coffee and some sweet dark malt. Tastes creamy smooth coffee and malt. I think I just pick up sugar in addition to the coffee instead of chocolate or molasses, etc. Just a delicious coffee roast with some well complemented sweetness. Smooth and delicious. I had the Kalamazoo Stout earlier today and found myself preferring that because of the more complex notes such as molasses and licorice. But for being a "coffee stout", it does that extremely well!

Poured from 12oz bottle into nonic pub glass, opaque very dark brown, reddish at the corners when held to the light, with light brown foam, lasting with lace. Great coffee aromas, even better flavours of malt, toasted brown bread, roasted barley, charcoal, chocolate, mellow breakfast coffee, cherry, plum, raspberry. Faint tartness and bright coffee-like acidity. Medium body and carbonation, relatively dry finish. Good long-lasting roasty aftertaste. Another delicious, well-balanced New Glarus brew.
