12oz - Aroma is strong banana, yeast, and toasted malt. Pours hazy light brown with big fluffy head and great lacing. Flavor is malt first, followed by the banana and bread dough. Palate is creamy and a bit sticky. This is a wonderful brew.

12 oz bottle via ohiodad(thanks!). Pours a very hazy amber with a small head. Nose is typical for the style-wheat, bananna, cloves, and a bit of pepper. Tastes just like it smells with a zippy tart finish. A bit overcarbonated which makes it hard to detect the flavors. A decent wheat beer.

TITW Part Deux - Hazed dark amber, creamy white head. Nose held notes of banana nut bread, earth, and dark toasty tones. Clove, banana, and yeasty bread flavors throughout that get backed with a light hop bitterness in the end. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dark toasty, fruity-like finish. I love NG. Are you sure you only can share with Wisconsin?

12oz bottle. Aroma: Banana and bubblegum, peppery spiciness, strong yeast presence, green apples, and dusty graininess. Appearance: Amber/orange in color and very hazy. White head was huge and meringue-like and lasted almost until the end of the glass. Nice lacing. Flavor: Banana and clove, light bubblegum, yeast, caramel, and a slightly tart lemon. Palate: Medium bodied. Medium-high carbonation. Overall: Another tasty brew from NG. Well crafted and with all the qualities in the style that I enjoy.

12oz bottle. Once again thanks to beerdrenched. Hazy, golden copper orange with nice sediment. Super spotty white head. Aromas of orange, grainy, grassy, citrus and banana. Tingling sensation in the nose. Medium bodied and chilled. Average weiss but more lively. Orange flavors. Not too well rounded. But definitely not bad.

Pours a medium hazy amber with a medium head. Aroma and flavor has an almost raw type flavor. I did detect a little banana in the flavor. Quite yeasty and bready with some hops mixed in. Seems like a little bit of everything.

Dark orange color with a thick head that lasts a long time. Aroma of muddled and dusty wheat. Definitely a beer hefty on the malt, but the amount of wheat seems to balance it out. Thick body and a little fruity, but not the big banana profile I expect from a Dunkelweizen. Not to style, but a damn fine beer.

Bottle. Pours a orangey gold with a almost never ending head that never settled sufficiently to allow the whole bottle to be poured into the pint glass. Nose is lightly bananaed. Flavor is very crisp and hoppy with a spicy, dry finish. Actually the end I thought was end of unusual with the continued highly carbonated effervesence. This was not rich and creamy like I am used to finding in a dunkel. I also didn’t see the "dark wheat beer" in this brew. It was OK and improved as it warmed in the glass allowing the brisk flavors to mellow a bit. Maybe this was not the best bottle, I’ll have another and potentially revisit this one.
