Commercial Description:
Copper Kettle Weiss is designed in the traditional style of a dark wheat beer. Rich malt flavors are accentuated through our complicated decoction mash and finally balanced with select Hallertau hops.

Different. Lots of bubblegum, rye bread, sweet dough, wheat rolls, massive esters, very smooth and round. Good, in small amounts.

Hazy Orange Color with Gold Hues and Off White Head. Citrus, Dark Wheat and Spices Aroma. Medium Bodied, Nicely Carbonated. Banana and Bread Notes...Light Citrus Keeps This Light and Refreshing. Nice Body. Sweet Malt and Dry Wheat Aftertaste. Alot of Flavor for a 6% Beer. Wonderfully Well Put Together.

Hazy orange golden body, fast disappearing small bubbled head; Warm a little to malty sweet true aroma with lots of both clove and banana, a very little gunpowder behind it all; Huge a little to sharp carbonation on bitter sweet body; Quite long bitter slightly sour finish with lots of malty, orange juice ad clove aromas. Great example, but on par with the best Germans.

Bottle from trade with shigadeyo. Poured cloudy copper color with a large fizzy off-white head that was lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate sour citrus, clove, and wheat aroma. Medium body. Moderate sweet citrus flavor with a smooth sweet finish of an average duration. Solid drinkable beer.

Pours a nice big head that pours like a hefeweizen and is hard to control. The color is very dark weizen brown. The lacingis good and sticks around quite nice. Aroma is nice with banana, a slight aging has given it some more gum quality which is less desirable in my opinion. The flavor is very nice, but still has that gummy quality which I would like less of. Still a lot of banana which keeps me drinking. Overall, nice, I should have had more when it was fresher.
