Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a medium white head that soon recedes to a fine film. The aroma is moderate in strength with spices and banana. The flavor is rubust wheat with banana, bubblegum, rock candy, cloves and yeast. The mouthfeel is full and buttery. The finish is long with lingering cloves. Overall: A very tasty hefe. Poured a nice orange color with a decent white head. Big and bold aroma of clove, banana, and yeast. Flavor is much the same, nice spice throughout, this Hef doesn’t mess around. Pours a pale straw golden yellow with thick white head, minimal lacing. Aroma obvious of wheat, slight hops, citrus, and banana. Flavor matches well and is pretty smooth and well balanced. Aroma is banana, clove, and wheat. Flavor is great, wheaty and lightly spiced with banana/clove present, and some hops too. Medium-light bodied and refreshing. An excellent example of the style.
