Commercial Description:
This “Nobel-Pilsner” is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish.

Bottle from ZindeHey, thanks. Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of noble hops, tortilla chips and corn. Did someone sneak a miller in this bottle? Taste of malt, mild floral hops, faint honey and lemon, blah city. Finishes up kind of unpleasant.

Smooth, hint of sweetness and linen, a bit of belgian fruitiness. Very light and easy to drink with simply grains and hops. Probably don’t need to try again buy again.

Sweet honey lemon aromas with a malty backdrop. Golden yellow with a thick foamy head. Flavor is haylike with a citrus touch, some honey, a little cookie. Sweet and bitter flavors balance well. Incredibly light. Carbonation is medium. Easy to drink and refreshing. Probably a great summer beer but this is March, so it makes me look forward to warmer weather. Very good for a pilsener.

12 ounce bottle brought to me from Wisconsin by a friend. Pours a clear golden color with a thin head. Very bready aroma with some subtle grassy notes. Taste is sweet malts, bread, grassy and bitter hops. Medium bodied. Very nice.

Bottle shared by emacgee. Thanks Ethan. Poured golden with a small white head. Good beer, but I wish it was a bit more spritzy and dry. Dominated by doughy malts and spicy hop bitterness. I guess I wanted to like this more for some reason.

Thanks TheCheeseMan for the extra. Pours a soft amber gold with a one finger frothy head. The nose is bready, sweet, malty, mild grassy hops, clean lager character. The flavor is pretty upfront bready malt, sweet, light bitterness, hay, very smooth lager feel. Nice smooth palate with a mild bitterness.

12 oz bottle. Pours pale yellow with dense sticky white head. The aroma is lemon, hay, and a little bit of sweet grainy malt. The flavor is mild honeyish sweetness with a more citric hop profile than I was expecting for a Pilsener. There is a sweet light fruitiness to the finish. Pretty good.

Pours a cloudy golden body with a small whitish head. Not much aroma escaping here. Small hints of honey linger in the background. A refreshing pils from Wisconsin with a smooth finish.
