3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Gold colored brew with a lasting white head. Sweet malty nose but I'm not picking up a lot of hops. Light to medium body with a perfect hint of malty sweetness. A damn good summer time drink. Thanks to maxpower for this one. I wish I could get it locally as this could well be my summer time staple.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Almost amber color with a small but lasting head. Hops are very noticeable in the aroma as is a fruity component. Fizzy with a pils snap to it, yet there was still a good amount of body to be had. Aftertaste was clean and smooth. Very nice american pilsner.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Good bite. Proper carbonation for a true pils in the Bavaian style. Head was thick, nice golden color.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JUN 17, 2004 Aroma of hops. Beer was dark gold and highly carbonated with a thick white head. Flavor of hops and malt. Full bodied. Bitterness is mild. An outstanding pilsener; better than victory. Best Pils ever.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
"Bitey" in every sense of the word. Massive carbonation provides a bite, as does a rich-but-quick sweet malting and a dry/bitter hop end. I like the freshness and hoppy aftertaste. Enjoyed next to a Pinkus and a Goose Island Pils...Edel-pils won the bet!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Smooth medium bodied front and middle, then a crisp, very clean, peppery hop finish. This would be a good everyday pils

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
One of the nicer looking pilseners I've seen, with deep gold (almost copper or amber) color and a decent white head. The aroma is very "fresh" and clean, as well. The flavor is very clean and smooth, but doesn't quite compare to the great look of the beer.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Golden amber color, somewhat murky. Light carbonation and head that dissipates quickly. Smooth and fizzy on the palate. Good amount of hops bitterness to finish.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Medium gold color. Small head. Aroma is malty. Very smooth tasting pilsner. Slightly malty and hoppy for a pilsner. Nice flavor, very smooth. Somewhat sweet. Kind of citrusy, some apples and lemon taste. This is a very nice pilsner. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
