Commercial Description:
This “Nobel-Pilsner” is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish.

Pours a very clear crisp golden with some lovely small bubbles and a large frothy white head with great staying power. Fruity aroma of apples and grass. Pretty sweet up front, some doughiness, green tart apples and mellow hops. Tangy aftertaste. Very easy drinking and quite good... still prefer Prima Pils.

Pours golden yellow with a thick white head. Smells somewhat grainy.Really refreshing and easy to drink.I am not a Pilsner-maniac but it goes down easy and it kicks the shit outta domestics.

12oz bottle. Very fresh aroma. Grassy, hay a touch of sweetness. Outdoorsy. Pours a bright gold with a decent white head. Flavor is crisp and citrusy with a good amount of grassy hops. Crisp and refreshing. Definitely more toward full bodied for a pilsener. A solid example of the style for sure.

Bottle courtesy of the mother in law. Skunky and metalic aroma. Gold body with white head. Wet barley malt grain flavor along with a zesty soapy flavor. Beer does pack a punch of bitterness also. Little bland on the palate didn’t keep my inertest really.

Pours a caramel, golden with noticeable carbonation. Thick white foamy head that quickly dissipates to a very thing clouding. Aroma is light. Hard to get much of anything. Typical hops but it is very light. Hints of citrus. Flavor is hops and citrus (mild). Definite carbonation.

Nice golden color with a white head. Bubbles are weak and flacid. Gorgeous white bread aromas almost sweet like you could eat it. Sweet and extreamly boring on the palate. If you are looking for a dry pilsner this will frustrate you. There’s no zip or zang at all. It’s more pale lager-dormunteresque than a pilsner. The finish is completely unacceptable and dissapears.

Not as crisp as some of my favorite pilss (victory, capital,...) but better than many. A bit grainy. Wisps of straw and a pachy-lemon bouquet compared to some pils. Finish and aftertaste did not hold up.
