3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle courtesy of Ughsmash. Golden, decent white head and lacing. Herbal and grassy up front. Biscuity, lots of honey. Flavor much the same. Hops could be bigger, (but this is 6-7 months old already), honey character takes over a little bit. Soft, billowy mouthfeel. Well done, probably score another 2-3 points higher with a fresher bottle.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tantalizing aroma of dandelions, honey and freshcut grass. Slightly hazy yellow with a nice white head. Crisp and hoppy, this beer delivers a nice zing of hoppiness but has enough malt to make it an honest to goodness exceptional beer. Very creamy mouthfeel. This is an outstanding beer and could turn me on to lagers. It provs that great beers don’t have to be mind-blowers.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Another superb new glarus beer. Lots more great hop flavor than your standard pilsner. Great slight malty flavor as well. Excellent example of the style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle - Poured slightly hazy straw color with small head. Has a wheat beer taste with some spice. My brother bought me a 12 pac of New Glarus for Christmas and had 4 different varieties of brew. This one is probably the best. A light beer and very easy to drink. Could hardly taste any hops.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle and served in a NG pint glass: Clean golden hue with a nice lasting frothy lead and very good lace. The aroma has notes of classic herbal and grassy hops (the Saaz shines) with pale biscuity malt, hint of apple, faint chalky yeast esters. The taste is mildly fruity and soft grains at the beginning with some light handed bitter to follow. Grassy and herbal character is dominate throughout and leads to high quality old world enjoyment. The mouth feel is sprite and refreshing with a nicely done dry attenuated finish. A winner for the genre, one the best American made Pils I have had. Try one out for an easy session beer.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clean blonde color with creamy thick head. Smells of bright hops and light malt. Nice hop presence for this pilsner. Balanced nicely with a light malt presence. Palate is light. A nice beer for the style. Thanks to Bockyhorsey for this one.
