COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Embrace a classic! Home Town Blonde is an old world style pilsner, assertively hopped with four premium hop varieties. Tettninger, Saaz, Styrian Golding and Strisselspalt varieties all grace this German-style brew with the complex character you enjoy in a classic pilsner. Expect to pour an elegant blonde glass of beer, crowned with a rich head of foam that resonates with our chorus of hops. Although delicate in appearance, our Hometown Blonde has a backbone, but of course thatís no surprise in Wisconsin. Enjoy!

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a thin head. Flavor is pale malts, clean hop finish. Soft bodied and rich. New Glarus never disappoints, they take a traditionally boring style and make it into a solid session brew. Delicious!

Pours pale golden with some white frothy head fading to a large ring. Nose is rich sweet maltiness blended with flowery and spicy hops. Flavor is spicy punch hops and sticky rich bready malt flavors. Medium dry finish with a ample bitterness and medium body.

Really solid pils. Good hops, very refined. I still prefer a good ale, but this is delicious and refreshing.

Golden with frothy white head. Nice lacing. Lemon, floral, mild citrus, and mild cereal, malt aroma. Full bodied pilsner, flavor like aroma, and lite lemony finish. Great balance, decent tongue zing, and medium hop finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Picked this up after it won a GABF 2012 award. Iíve successfully gotten people who previously would only drink Miller Lite to start loving this stuff.

Itís been a while since Iíve rated but Iíve got three weeks to gorge in Wisconsin so here goes. Ar. Honey, grassy hops aroma. Ap. slightly foggy, not crystal clear by any means. Small head dissipates quickly. T. Lightly sweet bready, biscuit and moderate bitterness on finish. P. lightish sparkly body. Nice. Rally really nice pilsner.

Very tasty beer here. Well done Dan. Probably one of my favorites from them, especially from their sixers. Really wonderful saaz character with great maltiness to compliment. Keep this one! vote it in!

12oz bottle, thanks nuplastikk. Medium white head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, fresh bread, some spicy, corn, light lemon. Taste is medium sweet, grass, bread, some spicy. Light body, some prickliness on the tongue, nicely drinkable.

Pale golden body with a thick, clinging white head. The aroma is light but inviting. Biscuit, hops, and spice. Smooth mouthfeel with nice carbonation towards the end. Flavor is good if not exciting. Semi-sweet up front with cracker and biscuit notes. It finishes with a decent hoppy bite. Another good beer from New Glarus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
