COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Embrace a classic! Home Town Blonde is an old world style pilsner, assertively hopped with four premium hop varieties. Tettninger, Saaz, Styrian Golding and Strisselspalt varieties all grace this German-style brew with the complex character you enjoy in a classic pilsner. Expect to pour an elegant blonde glass of beer, crowned with a rich head of foam that resonates with our chorus of hops. Although delicate in appearance, our Hometown Blonde has a backbone, but of course that’s no surprise in Wisconsin. Enjoy!

Another solid beer from New Glarus. Tried this with Josh in KC after his trip to WI in 2013. Light yellow and nearly transparent (as long as you don’t get the sediment. Relatively dry with a thicker body than Belgian style blondes.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a thin head. Flavor is pale malts, clean hop finish. Soft bodied and rich. New Glarus never disappoints, they take a traditionally boring style and make it into a solid session brew. Delicious!

Really solid pils. Good hops, very refined. I still prefer a good ale, but this is delicious and refreshing.

Golden with frothy white head. Nice lacing. Lemon, floral, mild citrus, and mild cereal, malt aroma. Full bodied pilsner, flavor like aroma, and lite lemony finish. Great balance, decent tongue zing, and medium hop finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Picked this up after it won a GABF 2012 award. I’ve successfully gotten people who previously would only drink Miller Lite to start loving this stuff.
