COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Embrace a classic! Home Town Blonde is an old world style pilsner, assertively hopped with four premium hop varieties. Tettninger, Saaz, Styrian Golding and Strisselspalt varieties all grace this German-style brew with the complex character you enjoy in a classic pilsner. Expect to pour an elegant blonde glass of beer, crowned with a rich head of foam that resonates with our chorus of hops. Although delicate in appearance, our Hometown Blonde has a backbone, but of course that’s no surprise in Wisconsin. Enjoy!

Bottle thanks to 17thfloor. Pours a light clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is bready, cracker, biscuit, nice spicy herbal hop character, crisp and clean. Flavor starts crisp and cracker, a touch doughy and honey, Malty all around and a soft clean finish with a touch of hoppiness. Medium body and a sharp carbonation. Nice for the style.

355mL thanks to nuplastikk. Pours low carbonation clear golden. Denser white head. Soapy lacing. Nose is raw grain, honey, grassy hops, clean malty lager. Taste is snappy, crackery, honey, grassy. Sweeter, clean malty. Very soft and classic malt showcase. Very delicious session lager. Palate is amazing- quenching, soft, dense for the style. Loves ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce bottle thanks to cbfobes. Thanks! Pours a lighter copper color with a white head of loosely packed foam. The aroma is floral and grassy, with an almost nutty character hidden beneath the pilsnery sweetness. The taste has a nice fruity sweetness with the dry grassyness of the german hops wrapping the beer up with great precision. This is one delicious pilsener. Thanks again, Brandon!

Bottle: The aroma consists of light lemon, honey, bread, and grass. It pours a transparent gold with a small soapy white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of honey and lemon. The finish has light-moderate hay, grass, floral notes, and light lemon peel. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Aroma is mild grain sweetness, fruit and very malty. The flavor is malts, citrus, a small hint of spice and a very crisp and medium hoppy finish.

12 oz bottle purchased as part of a mix a six at Festival in Onalaska, Wisconsin. No date markings on the bottle. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a frothy one inch white head. The aroma is soft natural hay, lemon citrus, floral, straw, and a pleasant cracker malt. Fresh and clean. The taste is the nose, clean cracker malt with straw and a nice dose of the lemon citrus floral. Nice blended character of the German hops. A touch of earthy mineral here as well. The palate is light bodied, active bright carbonation, dry mineral light bitter hop finish. Really nice take on a classic German style Pils. Right up my alley.

Poured a nice mid-gold with a fine bubbled foamy head. Aroma was of malts with a fruity twinge. Taste was malty and light upfront and then went into a sour/bitter finish. Palate was decent. Overall, this taste more like a pilsner than a true ’blonde’ but it was OK.

Bottle. Pours a clear and pale yellow. Flavor is a classic pilsener that doesn’t have any real distinguishing characteristics. Not bad, but boring.

Bottle, thanks to CanIHave4Beers. Pours light yellow with a generous white head and tenacious lacing. Lovely mix of hops; mineral, cereal, grain, light lemon/citrus, grass. Hot damn, this beer is sort of perfect.
