New Glarus Hop Hearty Ale

Aroma: Big IPA aroma.
Appearance: Golden in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Very nice IPA flavor with a nice malt backing.
Palate: Dry finish, with a Good IPA Mouthfeel.
Overall: This was a wonderful IPA. This brewer really knows what they are doing.

Copper pour with a light tan head.Nice hop aroma, some malt. Nicely balanced tasting beer, The hops and malt work great together. The malt giving a sweet rich taste and the hops coming in to deliver the win. It also leaves a nice aftertaste, Slightly creamy mouthfeel. Nice lacing on the glass.

Bottle via trade. Another great one from NG. Pours an attractive golden-amber with a nice yellowish head. Great piney hop and sweet malt aroma. Flavor is sweet caramel malt balanced by piney, grapefruity hops. Palate is very creamy for the style with soft carbonation.

Very good IPA. Reddish-amber pour with short, but lasting, off-white head. Aroma is citrus/floral hops and some medium caramel malt. Flavor malty with strong flavorful hop presence. Significant bitterness with a pleasantly soft edge. Medium body and texture, crisp finish.

As far as IPAs go, this is a pretty good one, but I’m not really a fan of the style. Pours a light amber color with thin head. Some intense hop aroma with a grapefruit and citrus flavor, finishing with an agreeable hop bitterness.

Pours orange amber with a couple finger white head that fades to a thin rim. Aroma is pine and floral hops. Flavor is malty and sweet up front and finishes with a moderate hop bitterness. Medium body. Pretty good IPA.

tough one to rate. orangish amberish appearance with kind of a tart taste. Not a big IPA drinker but this one is not too bad

Pours a dark orange with a kinda meh head. Smells of oranges and some soap. Not a strong IPA, but as it warms it seems to get a little better...a little.
