Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA Jan 12, 2005 Good hoppy nose, some sweetness. Orange to amber body, small white head. Rather thin mouthfeel, some hops, but becomes too earthy. YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA Jan 3, 2005 Deeeeelicious. Copper body with a nice beige head. Inviting hoppy/citrus aroma. Good carbonation and a nice smooth feel in the mouth. Good flavor. Crisp and refreshing citrus notes. Excellent.
unclebleen (620), California, USA Dec 20, 2004 looks like a nice IPA all around. aroma is citrus and flowers as is the flavor. kinda of delicate. smooth easy body. fuyajo (225), Portland, Oregon, USA Dec 4, 2004 Darker red-brown color which pours to a small head. Smell of citurs. This is a very hoppy beer with hints of citrus. My wife loves Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and she thought this was a bit too hoppy for her. I liked - a nice change from the Stouts/Porters I usually drink. Shag (1922), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA Nov 3, 2004 An orangish brown appearance with a rather small head. The scent is floral and citrusy with oranges sticking out. The flavor is quite bitter with some orange peel and grass clippings. The malt backbone seems to be lacking making it slightly one dimensional. But Im ok with that being the hophead I am. The aftertaste is slightly sour. Thanks again MrFacto for sending this one. TheDean (785), MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Nov 2, 2004 I love hoppy beers, and this one is a good one. A bit of a sour taste, but no real aftertaste, which is nice. badgerben (3587), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Oct 31, 2004 Dark red color with a thin head. Mild hop aroma. Oddly sour for an IPA. This lacks the "hooah" presence of hops one might expect. An odd IPA, but not too shabby. robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA Oct 27, 2004 Brown/Red Coloring. White Skins. Hoppy Aroma and Taste. Very Dry...Not too Hoppy Though and Pretty Darn Enjoyable...
