Commercial Description:
This Ale is brewed with the best of Old and New World hops. Then we infuse the aging tanks with a dry hop addition of Cascade and East Kent Goldings to bring home the hops! Expect this Ale to pour a glass brimming with rich caramel flavors along with an intense hop aroma

MMmmmm hops. Aroma hops: grapefruit, citrus, pine. Caramel malt background as well. Pour is dark copper with thick, off white head. Flavor is well balanced of hops and caramel malts. Palate is bitter and mildly spicy. Very well crafted brew. I wish NG would get more recognition around the country!

Yeah. Okay. A decent representation of the style, but nothing that is overall impressive for an IPA. Nice use of both classic English and American hops. Probably a good starter IPA for a lot of people. For me...I could have gone through life without it.

Pours transparent copper with medium sized beige head. Aroma is decent flowery hops of the IPA variety. Very balanced and tasty. Some malt, but mainly a wonderfully bitter long finish.

Ah, a good beer......Definite smell of Cascade in the aroma. Very enticing and I haven’t even poured it yet. Color is a deep, reddish copper. Nice carbonation with a nice full head and good lacing. Good hop complexity and am able to pick out the Cascade and Goldings. Nce earthy flavor where the malt is well represented and provides balance. Body was a little thinner than I would have liked, but I’ve been having many double IPA’s lately and I need to remind myself this is "just" an IPA. Nice aromatics and a good session IPA. Good change of pace beer.

Bottle. Pour is slightly cloudy deep copper with smallish white head. Aroma is pine hops and a lot of caramel malt. Hints of black pepper and earth as well. Flavor is much sweeter than expected. Malt dominates up front with the hops being less pronounced than expected. Some peppery and spicy flavors lingering as well. Just a little too sweet I think.

Dark amber, off-white head. Nice Cascade aroma and lots of hop flavor. Decent bitterness but kinda weird in the mouth. A nice IPA.

Bottle. Pours a coppery amber with a thin off white head. The aroma is full of pine and a hint of floral notes. Nothing really jumps out at you. The flavor is pretty one dimensional. A bit of malt, a bit of hops. Very plain finish.

Bottle, pours a burnt orange body with a yellowish cream head. Nice aroma of citrus grapefruit and floral hops along with caramel malts and a hint of pine. Flavor is somewhat muted compared to the aroma, as its balance is tipped more towards the malt end than I would expect in an IPA. I get flavors of lightly roasted caramel malts along with the light grapefruit and bitter flavor of the hops. Bitter finish of grapefruit and aspirin. Medium bodied and nicely carbonated, although somewhat watery near the finish.
