3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
New Glarus never seems to disappoint. This beer has a good base flavor and great aromas. Seems like a solid pale ale. Would probably be a go to if New Glarus actually distributed.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden color with a fast dissipating white head. Aroma is light citrus, faint toast and caramel. Taste is light grass and citrus, a bit of toasted malts, lightly sweet, mild bitterness. Light body, medium carbonated. Average.

2.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear gold from the bottle with a thick off white head that leaves very little lacing in the glass. Aroma is just awful. Smells like garbage or spoiled cabbage. Luckily the taste is not the same. Itís quite bitter on the backend with a quick sweetness as it hits your tongue. The hop bitterness is huge and a thereís a bit of pine in this one too. High carbonation on the tongue. Burns as it flows down the throat.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Have had this brew many times just living over the boarder although not sold here. Very smooth for an IPA not the usual punch average as far as aromas and appearance. Milder taste then most IPSís but pleasant . Pars well with almost any meal.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a mostly clear light golden with a nice white head and good lacing. Aroma is a blend of orange juice and sweet floral. The taste has a nice balance of hop flavors with citrus, floral and some light herbs along with some biscuit malt. Finishes mostly dry with a bit of bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Easy to drink and well balanced. A really enjoyable pale ale with some lager character.
