12 oz. bottle. I thought this pale ale was great. Hops and freshness, everything I ask for in a pale ale this bottle had. I will definitelty seek out again.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle from the jimack invitational í10. Poured a clear thinner looking burnt orange/amber with a smaller ot average sized bright white frothy head. Aroma is loads of citrus hops, apricott, grains, and a touch of something off that I canít place my finger on perhaps wet pine needles. The body is on the lighter side with average carbonation, a watery mouthfeel and not much of an aftertaste. Flavors are weak compared to the aroma with notes of grains, crusty breads, a touch of lemon, and stale old hops. Really good APA bordering on the edge of an IPA.

Spicy for a pale ale (in a good way!). Flavor packed a hoppy punch. Would definitely buy again.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Pours a light golden, very modest white head, decent lacing. Once again, another unfiltered brew from New Glarus, its hard to notice but the floaties are present here. So, the no coast ale - it feels fairly muted. Light floral hop aroma, light bitterness on the taste, with a light sweetness with the malt backbone. Flavors are simple floral hop, malt, light citrus, huge drinkability but Iím not sure if I would.

8/13/10. 12oz bottle thanks to cbfobes! Big hoppy aroma that displays citrus, orange, and a bit of cat pee. The flavor is nice and light with plenty of hop flavor as well, but with a hint of tinny metal as well.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Ultra clear gold color with a small white bubbly from the active carbonation rising like champagne bubbles. Citrusy hop aroma followed by mild juniper shrubs. Crisp flavor of peppery hops with an orangy finish. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Not too bad. Thanks Indiana_Red!

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle pours a clear light orange yellow with a small white head and persistent wispy lacing. Up front soapy hop aroma and very pale malts. Flavor is mostly a hop vehicle but the light malts are a tad sweet and they balance well. Moderate carbonation and a little grassy on the finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Grabbed a single 12 oz bottle, but wish Iíd gotten a six-pack. Big time malt backbone. Balanced almost perfectly by the hops in the flavor. Medium-bodied and full-flavored. Excellent pale ale.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz bottle, by the case. Pours a clear golden yellow with a white head. Nose of citrus and gumball hops - sweet and interesting. Citrus gumball candy flavors with some pine and herbal hops. Slight bitterness. Overall so easily drinkable. I could drink this all day. 8/4/8/3/16

rating from memory. multiple samples via bottle as well as full pours off the tap at the hilltop brewery.... pours a sem-hazy golden yellow brown with a fluffy white head.... aroma of grass, citrus, and bready malt... flavors are a continuation of the same. extremely quaffable although not too complicated. just a well done american pale with a nice hop profile backed up by some bready malt.
