COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Moon Man is a seriously cool cat. Always comfortable in his own skin, he never tries too hard. So cool we named our "no coast" pale ale after him. You hold a session beer with a bright bold blend of five hops that flirt obligingly with the smooth malty backside. Don’t let this one lay around it is brewed to be enjoyed today. Bold and engaging without pretense, because in Wisconsin you do not have to be extreme to be real. Just be.

Pours a hazy golden yellow; one finger white head. Aroma is bursting with citrus hops and a bit of pine; smell drops off a bit following the bold olfactory assault, offering a light grassy, piny hop bitterness to contrast with bready, caramel malts. Light body with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.

12 ounce bottle sample- slightly murky light tangerine in colour with minimal head, some sticky lacing. Nose- floral hops. Taste- moderate hopping - tropical fruit , lemon and floral. Light biscuit malts in the background. Spritzy carbonation and nice drinkability. A good quaffer.

bottle on 7/12/10. pale orange colored pour topped with a white filmy head. it smells kinda like furniture polish.... in a good way... orange, florals and pine mixed with spicy hops and caramel malt sweetness. the flavor is the aforementioned plus lemon, citrus pith and spice with a dry earthy finish. medium bodied, crisp and terribly sessionable. also, it makes the inside of my mouth tingly. 8/3/8/4/16/3.9

Bottle, thanks to an off-site co-worker bringing it into town. Pours a light-copper/golden color with a medium sized head. Aroma was floral hops, good malt backing, citrus. Flavor was incredibly floral, hoppy, and contained a good malt balance. This beer was incredibly refreshing, enjoyable to consume, and far different than most pale ales I’ve had for some time.

Bottle from Adam. Thanks Tooch! Pours a golden amber with a fluffy white head. Nice fruity hop aroma. Lighter side of medium bodied with steady carbonation. Very pale malt backbone that showcases a moderate pine and citrus bitterness. Sort of a fusion of british bitter meets American hops. Decent

(12oz bottle courtesy of nuplastikk). Pours slightly hazy golden color with chunky white head. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of citrus, mostly grapefruit. Some pine/resin. Taste is sweet with a quick burst of hop bitterness. Hops subside and let a lucscious, citrusy flavor shine through. A bit thin and oily in texture with a faint bitter finish. This is a very drinkable pale ale. Really nice.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a white head and okay head retention. Light grass and vine y tones. Nobel hop tones. Light grain and bittering hops. Not a ton of flavor but very nice overall.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: Cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma: Distinctly hoppy with a little over ripe lemon and malt. Flavour: Quite fruity with a decent amount of hops, mildly spicy, very refreshing. Not bad.
