3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
The beer pours a clear medium gold with a light white head, good lacing ok retention.
The aroma is on the lighter side and a little simple. It has some nice hops but thatís it.
The tatse is awesome, really surprissed with all the hops in here. It starts off a little sweet then a tons of fresh easy to drink hosp. Reminds me a lot of daisy cutter.
Nice, feel easy to drink.
This beer is great, easily one of my favorite NGís. A super tasty and easy to drink pale ale.

Pours golden yellow with a nice white head. The aroma is mostly dried apricots with some bready notes. The flavor is well balanced with a nice hop profile. Some tropical fruit, apricots, grapefruit and a hint of bready malts. It finishes dry and hoppy.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2011 Bottle in Minneapolis. Light pale, golden yellow appearance with a fairly small white head. Slightly grapefruity, slightly citrusy hoppy nose thatís done well but not overly hoppy for an APA. Light citrusy, grapefruity hoppy carbonated Pale Ale. Good pale malty flavor. Very easy drinking while still having lots of hop character. Great APA.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at The Stableís Beer Loverís Anonymous. Bottom of the bottle was cloudy but tom of it was clear. I got the bottom in my pour. A soapy white head. A soft earthy start with very soft hops and just as soft citrus fruit. There are bitter tart citrus with some spice. This beer is sweet and just doesnít have a lot going on. The finish was nice, though.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a crisp clear orange with about a finger of a white, frothy head, slowly dissipating. Lots of great floral hops in the nose. A lighter hop taste than I would expect, but surprisingly deep and balanced. Some light citrus starts out, as it builds into a nice sweetness that fades into hop bitterness. I like this a lot better then the last 2 I tried from New Glarus. This and Fat Squirel so far are the 2 I liked best out of the 5 I have tried.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle.
It pours a hazy gold with a big foamy white head.
It has a really fresh hop character in the scent. It is lightly grassy with a bit of tropical fruit and pine. Pale malts are underneath.
It is light tasting, too light, very grainy as per the style, the hops are a bit more interesting here than most but overall just very bland typical APA. It ainít no Pride and Joy.
Overall it is a bit of an oddity but for the most part it is typical low-flavor APA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma: mostly citrus hops, some toasty malt notes.
Appearance: pours a clear, light golden color. Abundant white billowing head with good retention; some spotty lacing.
Flavor: citrus and pine flavors from the hops, some resin/stickiness, toast/biscuit malts. The finish is a bit grassy, but this is minimal and dominated by nice malt and hop flavors. Well executed hop additions; ample hop flavor and aroma without overpowering bitterness, some bitter aftertaste but not at all unpleasant.
Palate: medium body with medium-high carbonation.
Nice session beer, very well balanced.
