COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Moon Man is a seriously cool cat. Always comfortable in his own skin, he never tries too hard. So cool we named our "no coast" pale ale after him. You hold a session beer with a bright bold blend of five hops that flirt obligingly with the smooth malty backside. Don’t let this one lay around it is brewed to be enjoyed today. Bold and engaging without pretense, because in Wisconsin you do not have to be extreme to be real. Just be.

Bottle. Pour was fairly light golden with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma was of grapefruit, slight peach, and a touch of spice. Flavors were well blended with a lighter balance of citrus hops leading to a bread and slightly toasty malt background. Nicely made brew.

Pleasant grape fruit aroma. Pours a hazy golden with nice head and lacing. Nice balance of hops and citrus end notes without being overbearing. One of the better APAs I have had.

One of the least impressive products ever to come out of New Glarus. A light, thin, relatively flavorless American pale ale. Moderate hops. Soap in the flavor. Unpleasant flavor of vegetables. Huge disappointment.

Light amber pour with a nice sized white head. Citrus hop aroma. Flavor is more citrus, grapefruit rind, and just a touch of malt in the background. Dry refreshing finish.

Thanks to Jarrett. Fruity and hoppy. Clean looking amber/gold color. Wonderful aroma. German style? Not here. This is a solid APA.

Draft at the Old Fashioned. Pours a pale gold with nice sticky white head. Nose is fresh hops that play well together. Spicy, citrus, pine. All there. The malt is in the background. on taste, toasty notes hide behind the juicy brightness of the hops, balancing very well. A well constructed APA.

Bottle thanks to MilkmanDan. Light yellow pour, a little carbonation and a light hop aroma. Flavor was light vegetal herbs, hops and finished light and effervescent. Can see this being an awesome summer beer!

Pours a very hazy yellow gold with thick frothy white head. Aroma is a mix of citrus and earthy hay. Flavor is crisp and bready with citrus undertones. Body is creamy yet light with a lot of carbonation.

Pours a light golden color with thin white head. Aroma is of a big citrus nose, grapefruit, and light citrus hops. Taste is of citrus hops, light caramel malt, light tea flavor subtle fruit notes. The aroma lends you to think you’re going to be imbibing on a juicy IPA, but everything mellows out upon first sip. I’ve never had a pale ale trick me like this one does. Highly carbonated and very sessionable. Solid.

It’s here! Pours a pale golden color with a medium soft white head which fades rather quickly and leaves just a few streaks of lacing. Aroma is honey, light peat earthiness, unsweetened tea, and light citrus hops. Nice and carbonated up front and then smooths out. Tastes of light honey, peat or tea characteristics, and some light citrus and piney hops. Drinkable as all hell!
