Enjoyed on draft while having lunch at the Glarner Stube in New Glarus, WI. Aroma consists of hops and orange peel. Appearance is cloudy yellow, small head. Taste hoppy, crisp, very refreshing. This is very similar to the Stone Pale Ale, really really enjoyed it.

Bottle from the sample pack. Honestly, didnít know what to think of this, but when my wife and I tried the first bottle it was a fight for the rest. Golden pour smells of big citrus, orange, and lightly sweet malts. Taste shows a bit of tropical notes on top of the citrus. Really freaking nice pale ale. Could drink all damn day. Just well balance and big flavor for a 5%.

Bottle pours dark yellow with generous pale yellow head. Pleasant citrus aroma. Taste citrus, caramel. Medium palate. Finish slight to moderate hops, unassuming. Really well done sessionable balances APA. Maybe a bit mild compared to many hoppy beers but overall it works very well.

Poured from a 12oz bottle. Aroma is orange, citrus, lemon, and grapefruit. Flavors are citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, and a nice malt backbone. This beer is hop forward but very balanced, itís got a really nice bright hop character, just a great pale ale overall!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy yellow orange with a large, frothy white head. Aroma: zesty hops, orange peel, soft cheese. Subdued bitterness - light leather, spruce, grapefruit rind, vanilla cookies, sweet wheat. A pretty mellow, unexciting pale ale, though it is easy drinking and solidly made.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pristine peach pour with a few inches of offwhite head. Very nice, strong hop aroma: floral and a bit of pine, a bit of pollen too. Soft carbonation, somewhat thin mouthfeel, clean finish with a bit of sour flavor. Flavor is lighter than the nose, citrus hops, lemon lime effervescence, lemon juice and just a bit of lighter salty malt. Very good refreshing pale ale thatís not too in your face, tastes like really tasty lemon lime shaving cream, amazing.
