Bottle shared by nuplastilk: pours a clear deep golden bronze with a stringy lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet toasty pale malts and fresh tart oaky nose with some light fruits. Starts with good effervescent carbonation and light sweetness with lots of fresh tartness and vinous oak before a drier puckering finish. Well-balanced and true to style.

Many thanks to Blake for sharing! Poured cloudy peach with a creamy, short whitish head. The aroma picked up sour cherry dust, oak, tannins, and sour wheat.. deep earthiness too.. very welcoming. The flavor was tart and bracing upfront, with oak and vinegar leading.. more vinegar and funky horseblanket behind.. finished sour, oaky, and funky. Very sour through the palate, but it never felt unbalanced.. gripping and enjoyable. This was excellent!

Bottle @ Stephen’s house, courtesy of TheAlum. Thanks so much, Adam! Pours a bit hazy, dark orange appearance with a white head. Super funky, fairly cheesy, big lemony tart, oaky, woody/herbal/barnyard aroma. Very nice aroma! Somewhat juicy lemon, big lactic-like sourness, ultra-vanilla, quite carbonated, fairly tropical fruity/bretty, very funky flavor. R u jokin or wat? Fuck yeah.

500mL thx to nuplastikk. Pours a cloudy deep orange. Thin white head. Nose is funky, buttery, savory. Woah. Rich white wine funk, buttery bourbon barrel. Taste is very tart and citric sour, refreshing, clean. Easy to drink. A treat! One of the best from NG. Impressive. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Picked up a few bottles at the New Glarus brewery in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear copper amber colored brew with a thin off-white head that dissipates to a thin film top. Aroma of caramel and funky sour. Some herbs, tart berries and a touch of lemon. Taste is medium bodied, tart berries with caramel malt and some Brett yeast. Finish continues a mild sour funk with some presence of lemon, berries and caramel malt.

Big thanks to Dan for this one. Nice funk and acidity in the nose. Quite funky and Belgian-esque. Very impressive. Earthy with light citrus in the flavor. Mild oak. Moderate acidity. Light. Dry.

650ml bottle or something like that .. . pear juice gold .. soapy big head .. lacing is alright .. . mild hay, yeast, and sour cereal .. good tartness level .. . pretty tasty, i hope NG keeps doing these .. . . It was the best Thanksgiving ever. I mean, emotionally, it was terrible, but the turkey was so moist!
