Sample @ Borefts. Pours murky brown with no head. Aroma of cheese, funk, vinegar, ammoniac, deep oak and some lactic tartness. The taste is sour with some gentle funk, weak plums, cheese, some vinegar and some deep oak. Much more funk than I expected. Good one indeed.

Big THANKS to kermis. Never expected to try one of these. 500 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Hazy orange. Nose is huge bran, puckering, funky rustic, big barn & strong oak, puckering, caramel,… Bit thicker & more caramel body and more oak in nose & taste than a Belgian lambiek. Taste is puckering orange, touch caramel, touch basic sour with big barnyard, oak, some caramel malts, touch heavier body, touch stronger puckering quality. A bit more malty body than expected. Good wild quality, complex enough, very nice stuff.
