COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale. Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth-watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Smells wonderful. The raspberry is simply amazing. This bottle had a few months on it and was sweeter and more pronounced than before. Great brew, and can’t wait to get more.

Tons of raspberry, with sweet and tart flavors. Very refreshing and well balanced.

Bottle from a friend in Wisconsin. Wax top 750 ml. Pours a deep dark red with a big creamy pink head. Cool look. Aroma is amazing. Fresh raspberries and more fresh raspberries. More sweet than tart aroma. Wow! Tart up front quickly fades into sweet raspberries that sit and linger on the palate. Tart comes back with another sip. Oh man this is awesome. Some oak dryness and ever so slight bitter keep this from being too sweet. Light to medium mouthfeel--expected lighter--with no hint of alcohol (pretty low anyway). This is pretty awesome.

Bottle. Pours reddish brown with a big white head. Nose is all raspberry syrup. Taste is much the same. Sweet and tart simultaneously. Palate is full with a lovely carb. Delicious but maybe a little one dimensional. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml. bottle. Pours a clear burgundy with a decent creamy head. Aroma of fruit and wood. Taste is raspberries, earth, and wood. Sweet and tart. Very much enjoyed this.

New Glarus rarely makes its way down to Georgia, thus I jumped when provided the opportunity to order this brew. Pours a beautiful ruby red. This lightly carbonated beer tastes like a raspberry jolly rancher.. All raspberry everything. Interesting, but not sure of a scenario where I would reach for this brew. Glad for the opportunity, but will probably never drink this beer again. Brick Store Pub - Decatur, GA

750’ml bottle to snifter (thanks jmborggren). Looks good; a fairly transparent copperish amber with thin off-white lacing. Smells solid; tart raspberries. Tastes like it smells, only better, with a nice mouthfeel. Damn tasty!
