RSRIZZO (1027), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jan 21, 2008 Aroma is an amazing fresh raspberry scent. Color is a deep solid brownish red with very low carbonation and thin head. Taste is tart and fruity. It starts with a medium body that goes down crisp with a tangy feel. Finish comes in with a very tart and bold raspberry flavor and ends with a sour bite. This is the most incredible Framboise I have ever had and just one of the best brews made in the world.
vikingguy (53), Chaska, Minnesota, USA Oct 9, 2008 Fantastic taste that reminds me of a raspberry infusion dessert wine that I’ve had before. Aroma is intense berry, color is cloudy red. I think this is a small step below the Belgian Red, but not by much. robinvboyer (1052), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Sep 28, 2008 murky dark cloudy deep red pour, very interesting look. A big fluffy pink head. Aroma is a slap in the face of smashed raspberries, and sugar. Flavour is like a very sweet raspberry compote, but the finish has a nice tangy tartness, this is a superb beer! maniac (2022), Richmond, Virginia, USA Sep 27, 2008 Bottle at RBSG2008 Grand Tasting on 08/02/2008.
