COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Happy Accident Fruit Ale Severe Drought, we shared the farmer’s horror as Wisconsin’s cherry crop failed! Dan bought what cherries he could. The apple crop fared better. Then joy! A grand Wisconsin cranberry harvest. What will Dan brew with Apples, Cranberries and Cherries? Oh my! You hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. Serendipity is a wondrous celebration that sparkles your senses and dances across your palate. A kaleidoscope of flavors discovered by accident in a sour ale! Cheers to the unexpected. Vielen Dank!

THE stout tasting Pt1. Thanks to Bruce for this much wanted beer. Clear red - amber, little pale cream coloured head. Softish palate, slightly airy. Lovely sweet and sour fruity apples and pears nicely contrasted with tart cherry, strawberry and raspberry. A little sweet cream and then a soft finish. This was a joy of fruity zing after the triple Dark Lord attack!

Bottle… This beer rocks!… Clear burnt-orange ale with ruby highlights and a large, frothy, off-white head. The bouquet rivals that of Belgian Red – cherries, graham, caramel crème, vanilla and a faint note of black currant. Medium to full-bodied with lazy carbonation. The flavor is so very fruity – cherries, currants and cranberries. Moderate sweetness and modest tartness mingle nicely with a mild, tannic bitterness undoubtedly provided by the cranberries. A subtle - yet luxuriant - swirl of vanilla, toasted oak, brown sugar and caramel cannot be ignored. Really just a fantastic balancing act here. Lightly sweet, tangy, cherry finish capped by a gentle feel of cranberry raspiness. This holds its own - right up there with Belgian Red and Raspberry Tart. Kick ass fruit beer!

750 ml green bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of cherries, cranberry, straw, spice and light apple. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of cherry, cranberry, spice, cookie and apple with a crisp dry lingering fruity finish. WOW! This one beats Red and Tart hands down!

Bottle thanks to jer. Pours with a clear reddish hued body with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of Ocean Breeze Cranberry Cocktail, cherry and apple. Quite sweet smelling and almost all fruit. Flavors are apple, dark cherries, sweet, some cinnamon like flavors, pie. Canned/caramelized pineapple. Very sweet. Lively carbonation, massive body, stick finish, with not quite enough acidity to keep it from being cloying.
