A clear red beer with a small disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and cinnamon. The flavor is roasted like roasted bread, but also has notes of caramel and hints of alcohol before a dry hoppy end sets in.

Irish? This is a straight-ahead american-style amber with a fair dosage of crystal malts and earthy hops. Nothing special about it, but you could do worse.

Bottle from shigadeyo. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate toasted malt & hoppy aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture. Medium bittersweet smooth flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew.
