This authentic amber Irish ale is slow brewed with a blend of three malted barleys and finished with four varieties of hops. Then we dry-hopped in the lager tank to add a spicy note to warm your winter evenings. Expect this beer to be a beautiful copper-red, with a fruity ale body and a spiced hop finish.

Super fruity nose. Malt character is tangy and bockish. Spicy finish. A nice, if odd, amber.

Reviewed from notes: cereal grains and floral notes on the aroma. Cereal, citrus, and earthy on the palate. Finishes with a slight hop bite.

Bottle courtesy of Atom. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Clear amber with a moderate off-white head. Bready caramel malt and astringent bitter weedy hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, average carbonation.

From Mars... Dark copper pour, nice aromas of bock-like spice and sweet caramel, even a dusting of cocoa powder. More cinnamon spice right away, the middle is all lightly toasted malts, and a finish of very light pine hop. Just a touch too sweet still in the finish, but otherwise solid.

Bottle. A good amber ale, fruity and yeasty, but not overpowering. Great fragrance. Taste is a little sour at times, but still refreshing.

Fruity yeasty malty aroma. Cloudy light orange amber with a thin white quickly fading head. Earthy. Bready. Soft bitter finish. Not bad. Kind of a standard Red ale.

Bottle pour into a pint glass. Pours a clear amber with a light beige head of foam. Good lacing and retention. The aroma is malty sweet with just a touch of spice. Maybe there’s a rye addition. The taste is mostly sweet and crackery. Light body with medium carbonation.

Twelve ounce bottle from Woodman’s in Beloit. This pours clear amber and and has a small beige layer of foam. A nice aroma that is full of malts and more delicate fruit. Some dry hop notes brings a bit of spiciness to the flavor. The Irish malts are close to genuine and the fruit is evident. A little earth and toffee. This drinks a lot like an English Bitter. Pleasant.
