Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

By the bottle, was described to me as a wheat (seems like that was incorrect) . The appearnace is like a pale lager. I wasn’t really digging this one at all until I swirled it around my mouth fully. It has a nice pepperiness to it that gives it enough flavor and character to warrant drinking. I woulnd’t recommend this to anyone but those with taste for generic macros looking to try something quite unadventurous. Overall, boring, bland, but ok.

on tap at Uno in Lake Delton. A hazy golden brew with a small head. Very refreshing from the first sip to the last. Balanced. Tasted like a full bodied wheat. I could see why folks like this one.

12oz bottle. poured hazy straw colored, with a moderate sized off-white head. Aroma of wheat, earth, cereal and soap. Flavor was mild, with corn, wheat and mild hops. Nice refreshing summertime beer.

Pours a bright, hazy fluorescent yellow with a big puffy white head that lingers quite a while leaving some delicate lacing. Smell is dominated by the light sweet malts and yeast with a hint of hops, mainly lemony. This taste almost like a scaled-down hefe with very light malts and sweet wheat and barley. There is a hint of lemony hops in the taste as well. The mouthfeel is fairly light but a little creamy with a crisp finish. This is a fairly sessionable ale that would be a nice summer beer.

Nice aroma, appearance and flavor. Nothing real complicated. Safe choice for beginners.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy honey color with a slight white head. Very little aroma, mostly yeast and malt. Flavor is very light, again it’s mostly malt with some hints of yeast and corn. Body is thin, a bit more carbonation than average. Overall it’s a no-brainer. Not a lot of flavor but it goes down easy.

Bottle from IowaHerkeye. Thanks!
Pours hazy light golden with a short lived white head. Smell is lightly malty with hints of hops and yeast. SImple and pleasant and slightly fruity. Taste is light and malty and almost a bit wheaty. Lightly citrusy, a bit of yeast and a good mouthfeel. Refreshing carbonation and easy to drink. Pretty solid.
