Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Bottle from my Dad. Pours filtered golden hue with a trim white head. Smells and tastes of grass, kolsch, pears, and faint apples. Not bad.

In a 12 oz bottle. Flavor fills the mouth with something reminiscent of a watered-down amber ale. Couldn’t really pick anything out. Lingers in the mouth a bit. Tastes like a gateway beer.

Straw Yellow with little head and hardly any carbonation. Grassy aroma. Very light bodied. Creamy and easy to drunk. Good lawnmower beer

Bottle at Milwaukee airport. Faint hay and yeasty aroma with some lagery sulfur and sweet wheat. Hazy gold under a lasting white collar. Flavour is clean and slightly tangy from the wheat, with a lagery middle and low bitterness. Clean and not quite refreshing or crisp. Inoffensive. Medium light body, medium carbonation, smooth.

Gold yellow color, lots of carbonation. Smell wet cardboard, maybe from flaked barley or corn? Taste malt, corn, faint faint lemon. Palate isn’t as sooth as Kilkenny cream ale but also this beer isn’t in a can with a nitrogen doohiky. Before I started homebrewing I would have been scared off by the yeast sediment but now I know it’s a good thing.

Shared from 12oz brown bottle at Jason’s house, thanks Mike C-Z! It poured a clear straw colour with white foam, lasting with a little lace. Pleasant albeit subtle aromas of husky grain and mild hops, flavour was easy-going too, hint of corn in a good way. Light body, smooth mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation, refreshingly dry finish. Tasty and true-to-style American Cream Ale.

Bonus from a recent trade. Toasty grain with a bit of corn sweetness. Light hay flavor. Bit of yeast spice. Creamy texture and finish.

Not sure how to describe the smell other than that it smells like beer. Like an ale. Medium carbonation with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Tastes mostly like a mild standard ale with a bit more yeast than usual and a very slight hint of cream and milk (maybe creamed corn?) that coats the tongue. Aftertaste is the same and is mostly gone by the ten second mark.

I used to live in Wisconsin so may be overrating this because I miss it but ir is my favorite beer.
