Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

A good solid micro brew. Smooth taste with a great finish. This isnt a one and done beer!

This bottled brew from a beer bar poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a typically carbonated slightly hazy yellow orange colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was malty and musty. The semi-thick mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of orange peel hops and malt. An OK brew just nothing special. Good, but I expected better from this brewery.

Clover honey sweetness is predominant flavor. Slightly bready finish. This is a sound beer, not flashy, not capricious, not loud and obnoxious -- much like the good people of WI. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

B. Pours a semi clear straw color with white head. A little light on flavor, but otherwise good

Delicious and drinkable, even if itís not a showstopper. Pours a golden yellow, with a finger of thick white lacy head that lasts the whole beer. Nose is sweet corn, some bready malt, and a touch of hops. Tastes quite similar - malty, bready, a little sweetness, a touch of German hops that add some bitterness. Clean finish; refreshing and poundable.

5oz draft sample from brewer tasting room. Poured a medium yellow, hazy. I got notes of lemon, lemon candy, and some yeasty banana-like notes and spice, against a moderate light malt backbone. Could have confused this for a saison (?), but itís not. Good carbonation, dry finish. Nice beer for a warm day.

Sweet grain and bread malts, molasses. Hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Light sweet. More sweet grain malts, molasses, caramel, creamy, sugary and sticky texture, medium bodied, lively carbonation. Nice for a Cream Ale, but too sweet for me overall. Keg at Belair, Milwaukee.

Bottle from John. Pours hazy gold with a thick foamy white head and a citrus aroma. There is a modest pale malt flavor with a dry slightly bitter finish.

Poured from a bottle. Thanks Jay for making a trip to Des Moines to bring us some goodies. Delicate toasted bread and subtle floral notes in the aroma and flavor. Dark straw gold body that has a little more sweetness and richness that you get from a cream ale that Iíve ever experienced.

Tap at the brewery. Also, numerous tap pours and bottles during our stay in the Wisconsin Dells. Poured hazy golden, thick white head. Aroma was fruity candy, sweet corn, yeast. Taste was sweet, if lived in Wisconsin I would buy this regularly.

12oz bottle to cervoise. Pours clear straw, short white head. Aroma of bread malt, lemon, honey. Taste of same with flowery hops and some cream. Pretty good lawnmower beer.
