COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Shared from 12oz brown bottle at Jason’s house, thanks Mike C-Z! It poured a clear straw colour with white foam, lasting with a little lace. Pleasant albeit subtle aromas of husky grain and mild hops, flavour was easy-going too, hint of corn in a good way. Light body, smooth mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation, refreshingly dry finish. Tasty and true-to-style American Cream Ale.

Bonus from a recent trade. Toasty grain with a bit of corn sweetness. Light hay flavor. Bit of yeast spice. Creamy texture and finish.

Not sure how to describe the smell other than that it smells like beer. Like an ale. Medium carbonation with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Tastes mostly like a mild standard ale with a bit more yeast than usual and a very slight hint of cream and milk (maybe creamed corn?) that coats the tongue. Aftertaste is the same and is mostly gone by the ten second mark.

On tap at Pizzeria Piccola in Milwaukee airport, where it was served at an extremely cold (and inappropriate) temperature. As it was too cold to enjoy, this review is based on the beer after it warmed a little. Clear, golden yellow with a small off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of grain (especially barley), bread, grass and just a bare hint of lemon. Taste of bread, barley, wheat, grass and a little lemon. Medium/light body and medium carbonization. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank a bunch of these at my uncles place night before cousins wedding this is his beer of choice which is pretty cool since it’s was always miller lite growing up. Fine yellow pour. Nose is grainy and corn. Tastes of grains, hint of lime, corn, and touch vanilla. Fine creamy palate. Nice for putting back multiples.

Bread and barley aroma, fairly light beer, good on an 80 degree day pushing a lawn mower, not sure I get the hype ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2015 bottle. Pours a golden orange color with a small quickly dissipating head. Aroma is lots of malt, slight hops, creamy. Flavor is creamy, smooth and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

New Glarus Spotted Cow has a thick, foamy, white head, a somewhat hazy, golden, bubbly appearance, with some bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet corn, malt, and a touch of fruit. Taste is of mild, sweet bread, malt, mellow bitterness, and a ghost of smoke. Mouthfeel is medium and slick, and New Glarus Spotted Cow finishes crisp, clean, and refreshing. RJT

Lean corn and grain. Very fizzy, the cooked corn threw me off. Not much head, and corn like finish with sweet malts.
