Aroma of malt, sweetness, caramel, and candy. Taste of the same with a big amount of maltiness and sweetness. This medium bodied brew is very flavorful and well balanced. I am not a fan of this style but this is pretty tasty stuff. arkurzynski (95), West Bend, Wisconsin, USA

Rocky, soap-sud head w/ decent retention leaving some low fungal tops. Clear red-amber color. Fruity malt aroma w/ hints of a delicate, underlying spicy hops. Very clean flavor, malty and w/ a surprisingly pronounced hops profile. True to style and extremely refreshing. Palate seems a little thin initially, ending w/ a Pilsner-ish flourish at the end. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 29, 2009 12oz bottle. Clear amber pour with a big off-white head. Sweet and malty aroma with some yeast. Caramel malt flavor backed up by some lager yeast. Not bad by any means, but kinda boring. I will say this, it has that drinkability thing that all the kids are going nuts for these days.
