COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Teased from the loam by the kiss of the Sun. Mom’s Strawberry Rhubarb delights are the happy memories of childhood. Diploma Master Brewer Dan employed juicy sweet Strawberries to tame the barbaric wild tart fermentation of rhubarb. Escaped from the far corners of neighboring yards, local rhubarb was incorporated into the wild sour fermentation to create this drinkable dream. Bright sour and effervescent. Toast chilled cold to Bright skies, fireflies, bare feet and rhubarb pies!

Bottle shared with Linh, Pat, Andrew and Brendan. Pours a deep reddish body with light off white lacing. Aroma is as if you opened a fresh jar of strawberry jam. Incredible and super seedy. Mouthfeel is soft and sweet with great notes of strawberry jam dominating, light sour flavor, cherries and a nice subtle tart character. Another wonderful fruit beer from the masters at New Glarus.

From a 750ml bottle. This one poured a vibrant, bright red color with a pink head. Aroma was quite a bit like fresh strawberries. This was pretty damn good and really enjoyed this one. So much strawberry. It reminds me of eating a strawberry rhubarb pie, though it was a bit light on the rhubarb unfortunately. At ~7%, this wasn’t a booze bomb, and made it highly, and dangerously drinkable. Very crisp, very refreshing.

Very nice strawberry fruit beer, a little sour, grassy, citrus, herbs, overall very good.

Pours dark pinkish red. Smell is off strawberry and the taste is the same. Palate has a nice thickness too it. Flavor was drowned out a little bit by some of the carbonation, but all in all NG clearly knows what it is doing with their fruit beers. Well done.

Pours a bright pink/red. This is full of strawberry. I mean jam packed. Its like a daiquiri without the booze. A bit of sour and a lot of sweetness. Overall really tasty, but i still think i like the other 3 fruits a bit better.

Bottle. Pink ruby pour with some white head. Seems like fresh strawberry aroma. Mostly sweet with a touch of tart strawberry tones. Not a huge fan but strawberry fans would love this.

Bottle w James Andy Pat at James’. Dark glassy red. Aroma is gooey red fruit juices. Tastes much the same. Viscous, chewy mouthfeel. Like a gusher but not as tart or sharp.

Bottle shared by James with me, Andrew and Brendan. Pours pinkish maroon with a thin, creamy off-white head. Aroma of Welch's strawberry fruit snacks. Palate is thin and juicy, with a ton of strawberry fruit snack flavor. This is just amazing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 bottle. Pours light copper/brown. Huge fruity nose. Big strawberry flavors and goes down so easy. Truly delicious.
